We’re a little different.
We don’t necessarily play by the same rules as many other marketing and advertising agencies.
According to a recent article in AdWeek, “the traditional agency is antiquated because traditional advertising is antiquated. It’s consumers and culture that are driving the macro changes affecting our industry. Ad culture moves faster and faster and consumers grow ever more empowered and demanding, brands know they need to keep up. And perhaps the traditional agency model just can’t.”
Many agencies like to boast of the numerous awards shows they paid to enter, and proudly display their trophies. We don’t submit our creative in contests. Our focus is to deliver creative and compelling content, place it where the target audience will engage with it, and generate legitimate results. The best award is when a client says their business is growing.
We’re not set up like the rest. We don’t have layers of account managers that act as a barrier to senior leadership. In fact, we don’t have any account managers. Rather, our principals are engaged every step of the way and are always accessible.
We don’t shut down for two to three weeks over the holidays. Your business runs 24/7 and so does ours. When you need us on Christmas Eve or a random Tuesday in March, our promise is to be there.
We’re accountable. The old way defends their custom creative and a “quality buy.” When it works well, we own it. If we don’t exceed expectations, we pull back, review and get right back in there. We own it then, too.
