Annapolis, MD – June 10, 2025 – MH Media Strategies (MHMS) is proud to announce the successful launch of a newly-designed website for the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County (ACAAC), delivering a user-friendly, feature-rich digital presence that meets the needs of both the organization and the wider arts community it serves.

Completed on time and on budget, the new site reflects months of close collaboration between MHMS and ACAAC. One of the project’s primary goals was to develop a robust and intuitive online arts calendar capable of hosting hundreds of events submitted by dozens of local organizations. The result is a calendar so effective that it has already been adopted by key regional initiatives including Anne Arundel Arts Month and the Annapolis Arts District.

The project also required seamless integration with multiple backend systems, including the Council’s CRM, grantmaking platform, and fundraising tools. MHMS delivered a solution that streamlined internal workflows while dramatically improving the public’s online experience.

“We’re thrilled with the final product,” said Tricia Sanborn, Chief Operating Officer of ACAAC. “MH Media Strategies provided a thorough, well-researched, and competitively priced proposal, and delivered exactly what we needed. Their team was a joy to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success.”

In addition to its functionality, the site also boasts a refreshed design that is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and accessible to a broad range of users, including volunteers, artists, and donors.

Michael Hughes, Managing Partner of MH Media Strategies, reflected on the collaboration: “It was an honor to partner with the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County on this important project. Their team had a clear vision, and we were proud to help bring it to life with a platform that empowers the arts community across the region.”

The new website is now live at www.acaac.org, serving as a central hub for Anne Arundel County’s vibrant arts scene.
